Fully Automatic
Neotherm is a fully automatic T.F. heater and it switched ON & OFF automatically depending upon a preset temperature set on temperature controller. This virtue of Neotherm avoids continuous attention by specially trained boiler attendant during operation of the unit. The unit runs ON & OFF automatically in accordance with process heat demands by virtue of which it consumes minimum fuel & gives optimum operating efficiency.

Finishing Equipment

The finishing equipment are used for chemical and mechanical treatment of the fabric after weaving, both in the warp and weft. These machines provide a soft and gentle feel along with greater dimensional stability, to prevent shrinkage in subsequent washing. Our finishing equipment include vacuum tube, oven and value added machineries.

Our range of ovens is designed to give more consistent garment temperature through out the process. These machines are used to consistently produce quality wrinkle free garment, constructed for long and continues use. The variable speed process airflow of the oven provides greater control over the process with different garments and fabric types.
