Features
Designed for continuous operation, heavy-duty use and to suit customer requirement choice of steam or thermion fluid, heating models available.

Inner Drum
Fabricated from stainless steel sheets of 16 / 14 / 12 SWG (as per capacity of machine) 304 SSL quality. A die shuck perforation for smooth inner surface. Provisions with lifters for effective cleaning of load. A large stainless steel slotted door with spring lock is provided. Side plates made of stainless steel sheets stiffened with MS plates complete the inner drum. Specially designed shaft supports the inner drum on heavy-duty roller bearing.

Outer Drum
Fabricated from stainless steel sheets of 16 / 14 / 12 SWG 304 SSL quality as per machine capacity has a sliding door in line with inner drum door. It has fittings, connectors etc. to mount steam inlet, water inlet, overflow and drain, detergent hopper, temperature indicator, thermostat and level indicator in it.

Drive
A continuously rated heavy-duty motor drives inner drum through both a worm reduction gear and multiple pulleys optional inverted drive.

Electrical
Control and operating panels are supplied along with the machine either as an integrated parts or as a separate system and designed to customer requirement. All necessary control required for smooth and safe operation of the machine is provided. Control includes automatic forward / reverse rotation of the inner drum.

Front Loading Washing Machine

Features
Designed for continuous operation, heavy-duty use and suit customers requirement for carrying out different processes like stonewash, softener wash, enzyme wash, silicon wash, on garments.

Inner Drum
Fabricated from stainless steel of 1.6 mm to 5 mm (as per capacity of machine) 304 AIST OR 316 AIST quality. A die sunk perforation for smooth inner surface. Provision with lifters for effective tumbling of load with process chemicals.

The inner drum has a large front opening. The inner drum is cantilever supported on heavy duty bearings with special bearing housing at the rear. Front & back plates of inner drum are of stainless steel 304 L OR 316 L quality duly stiffened. The entire assembly is aligned & balanced.

Outer Drum
The outer drum fabricated from stainless steel sheets of 304 AIST OR 316 AIST quality. The back plate & the drum are supported on a strong base frame.

Drive System
A continuous rated heavy duty motor drives inner drum through a gear box/motors ,set of pulleys and belts and a set of sprockets, chain and timing belt.

Electrical / Electronic Controls
Control and operating panels are supplied along with the machine either as an integrated parts or as a separate system and designed as per customers requirement. Drive is controlled by inverter drive. All necessary control are required for smooth and safe operation of the machine is provided. The electrical system in addition to the motor includes solenoid valve for water inlet, drain valve and steam, overload relays, level sensor, contractors. The electronic system consists of cycle timer, forward reverse timer and temperature controller.

Hydro Extractor

Basket
The perforated basket is made of stainless steel (AIST 304 / 316) in standard size and in different gauges according to the size of the machine. It consists of top flange made of stainless steel and bottom flange of robust cast iron lined with stainless steel sheet, which is well balanced statistically and dynamically. The outer body is also made of S.S.Sheet.

Bearing Housing & Shaft
C.I.Bearing housing is mounted on the central boss of the main bed. The main shaft is of alloy steel and is precisely machined to withstand the loads caused by the centrifugal force. The bearings supporting the main shaft are heavy duty roller and thrust bearings.

Suspension
The complete machine is suspended by heavy-duty three legs on universal oscillating steel pins with heavy steel springs and gunmetal bushes. This arrangement removes the vibration while the machine is running.

Drive System
The revolving cage is driven by vertical T.E.F.C. motor fixed on the main channel frame, consuming 415 volts 50Hz A.C. power supply. The motor is fitted with dead load proof centrifugal clutch pulley for progressive starting of the machine, which removes the initial load on the motor.

Auto Brakes System
Brake is controlled by spring loaded auto lever. And it fitted with fedrolined external shoe brakes. This brings the heavy internal basket to an effective stop in 20 - 40 seconds. Suspension system to minimize vibration. Three point suspension on heavy duty spring on C.I. legs and channels frame.

Inner Drum
Fabricated from stainless steel perforated sheets of AIST 16/14 SWG 304 quality designed for easy flow of air, finished smooth inside with lifters for tumbling of load.

Outer Drum
Fabricated from mild steel sheets duly insulated to minimize lose of heat and carries the heating system. Air exhaust system, self-cleaning lint trap, drives and controls.

Heating System
Electrical, Gas, Steam or thermic fluid heating system is provided as per customer requirement. The heater with the combination of unique airflow across the drum length ensure maximum and quick drying. Turbo charging the fresh air system.

Drive

• Exhaust fan drives by direct mounted door

Electricals
Controls and operating panels are mounted on the machine on the machine and includes the necessary controls for smooth and safe operation of machine. Control includes automatic forward/reverse adjustable rotation of the inner drum-drying timer. Cooling timer are provided.
